We are looking a new colleague for the position of R&D Manager for our R&D Department. 

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree in Electronic and Telecommunication or Electronic Engineering Department,

- Good at team management and personal communication,

- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,

- High knowledge in analog and digital electronic,

- Advanced in / Strong knowledge of C/C ++ etc. applications,

- Preferably can design PC interface in Visual Studio program,

- Knowledge and experience in electronic circuit design,

- Experience in Altium Designer program which drawing circuit plan and PCB layout design,

- Experience in production sector,

- Follow up the scientific and tecnologic innovations and take responsibility,

- Analytical mind with strong planning and self-learning skills,

- Completed military service for male candidates,

- Preferably live in İstanbul Anatolian Side,

- Nonsmoker.

Job Description

- Providing technical leadership to the R&D Team for both new and current product development projects.

- Preliminary period work with the other departments for feasibility work and set a budget for new projects. And following up budget till the end of projects.

- Make action plan, prepare schedule, follow up and measure results and organize improvement work for projects.
